The Partner Quote Calculator helps you build accurate, detailed quotes for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. Select the services your prospect needs, configure options, and receive an instant cost breakdown you can share with your client.

How it works

  1. Choose delivery — decide whether you'll handle delivery yourself or have Smarter Apps deliver the project.
  2. Select services — for self-delivery, pick from Smarter Apps, Licensing, Support, Partner Programme, Training, or Bespoke Services.
  3. Enter your details — tell us about your practice and your prospect, including your day rate so we can calculate ROI.
  4. Answer qualifying questions — these tailor the quote to the prospect's size and complexity.
  5. Pick your deliverable & features — configure deliverables, additional features, and modules to match requirements.
  6. Review your quote — see a full cost breakdown, ROI analysis, and download or submit the quote.

What you'll get

At the end of the process you'll receive a detailed quote summary including one-off costs, applicable annual costs, a partner ROI analysis, and the option to download a PDF or submit the quote directly.

How long does it take?

Most quotes take around 5–10 minutes to complete. You can navigate back and forth between steps at any time to adjust your selections.
