Her dual expertise—rooted in both finance and technology—led her to become a trusted advisor and trainer within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Lia Hughes

Technical Director

As a Director at Smarter D365 Ltd, Lia brings over a decade of experience working across finance, business process design, and ERP delivery for SMEs and Microsoft partners. Beginning her career in financial operations, Lia developed a strong foundation in transactional accounting, reporting, and supply chain control.
